Returns!
Changed your mind? No worries, we can help! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returns. You can return your eligible items by mail within 15 days of the original delivery date.
Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
NOTE: All the returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the order has arrived in the return facility.
Please Note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items that are broken seals.
- The brush must be returned with a charging pad and USB cable. Please remove the used Mouth Tray
- The shipping fee is non-refundable once the order is processed(Tracking # generated).
Extra Charges For Missing Item:

- *USB cable - $3.00
Non-refundable items:
- - White Foam Toothpaste
- - WhiteKit (Teeth Whitening Kit if seal is broken)
- -Day & Night Toothpaste
- - Whitening Gels
- - Color Corrector
Shipping for the returned goods is not covered and is not refundable.
Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
EXCEPTION: SonicBrush takes responsibility for the shipping costs/prepaid shipping labels only if a replacement item needs to be sent to the customer because it was received defected, wrong, or damaged.
