Shipping Conditions

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Some countries may be subject to additional customs & import fees.

Customers are responsible for paying their duty tax upon pickup/delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 3-5 business days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the telephone number that was provided.

Orders Tracking

All of the orders will come with tracking # so you can always track your orders.

Lost & Stolen

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it has been delivered by the postal service. 
Note: if the package was lost while being in transit by postal service please contact us for further assistance.
